Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Clinic Front Desk Specialist at the Brooksville clinic to manage patient check-in and check-out using EPIC. You will verify demographics, collect co-payments, and prepare receipts while ensuring all required forms are completed.

You will also support physicians and nurses by processing appointment paperwork and delivering excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Description

This position is responsible for patient check-in and check-out functions at TGMG or TGH clinic(s) utilizing EPIC. Assists patients as they present for scheduled appointments. Verifies patient demographics, collect co-payments, generates and provides receipts, has patients complete and sign all necessary paperwork. Assists physicians and nurses on each floor by processing appropriate paperwork for scheduled appointments. Provide excellent customer service to all of our patients & co-workers.
