Prime Healthcare is seeking a Receptionist at our DMCMG Cartwright Office in Mesquite, TX. You will be the first point of contact for patients, answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and supporting daily front office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriately.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocols.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policy.
• Assist with paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or special projects as assigned.
