Easterseals PORT Health in New Bern, NC is seeking a compassionate full-time Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) to join our Opioid Treatment Program. The PSC will handle front desk duties, check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, manage medical records, and process patient paperwork with a focus on outstanding customer service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with mental health populations preferred, proficiency with EHR systems, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mental health population preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out patients with excellent customer service.
• Handle front desk administrative duties and patient paperwork.
• Collect co-pays, manage medical records, and data entry.
• Serve as a welcoming face for patients and families in the clinic.
