Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and provide a welcoming experience.
• Direct patients to appropriate department and answer questions about policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely, efficient service throughout the clinic.
• Ensure in-person attendance is reliable and punctual.
• Assist with explaining health services and programs within Clinica Sierra Vista.
• Complete patient registration and enroll patients into MyChart as needed.
• Complete check-in for Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Optometry.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or District Administrator.
