Job summary

Clinica Sierra Vista is seeking a Receptionist-CHC in Fresno, CA, full-time, to serve as the initial point of contact and ensure smooth patient flow across clinic services. Under supervision, you will greet patients, register and check them in, and direct them to appropriate departments.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and respect for patient confidentiality. Bilingual ability and a high school diploma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they come in.
• Assist and direct patient to appropriate department.
• Answer any questions the patient has regarding policies and procedures of Clinica Sierra Vista
• Reasonable and predictable in person attendance.
• Explain the role of health services and programs within Clinica Sierra Vista
• Complete patient registration as needed, enrolling patients into MyChart portal.
• Complete check in process with patients for Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Optometry
• Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or District Administrator
