This role requires customer service excellence in a busy health center environment. Under supervision, you will verify payments, handle calls, and aid with EHR/EPM tasks, contributing to smooth patient flow and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum of two years experience in a medical setting.
• MA Certificate.
• Must adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista's health/immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets patients/visitors and directs them to the right department.
• Checks in and registers patients on arrival.
• Coordinates patient flow to support clinic capacity and grant requirements.
• Screens demographics and identifies new vs. established visits.
• Informs patients about balances and finances; explains financial responsibilities.
