Job summary

CommuniCare+OLE seeks a Clinic Flow Coordinator to optimize the back-office clinic flow and support seamless patient care at the North Napa Campus. You will collaborate with the Health Center Manager and Back Office Supervisor to coordinate scheduling and triage, ensuring efficient use of rooms and staff.

The role requires MA experience in outpatient settings, CPR certification, and preferred bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• MA certification completed.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Two years MA experience in outpatient setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Bilingual abilities strongly preferred (EN/ES/Dari/Punjabi/Vietnamese).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic flow in back office; manage cancelled and no-show appointments.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and Back Office Supervisor to fill appointment slots.
• Ensure front/back office communication to optimize patient load and room utilization.
• Screen patients for visit appropriateness and coordinate case information.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and monthly trainings.
• Provide support for remote providers and newborn registration as needed.
