Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• One (1) year of experience as a facilities assistant or related role.
• Level I fingerprint clearance card current or applied for within seven working days.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for maintaining a preventive maintenance program within the annual budget and for buildings and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the assigned clinics.
• Maintain a fire evacuation plan and disaster response as Emergency Response Coordinator.
• Oversee paper recycling and ensure records for inspections are up to date.
• Provide training and supervision of relief staff.
• Stay current on OSHA safety standards and implement them.
• Distribute and safeguard keys for buildings.
