Job summary

ZoomCare is seeking a Clinic Associate to join our Fremont Clinic team in Seattle. The role supports daily care across service lines, including scheduling, check-in/out, and patient education. You will assist with blood draws, labs, and inventory while providing excellent patient experience.

The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and relevant healthcare/admin experience. Training includes multiple clinics and potential travel within the area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or admin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule new appointments as needed.
• Process patient payments.
• Educate patients on navigating ZoomCare’s medical record.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Perform blood draws and finger sticks.
• Process collected specimens and document results.
• Maintain supply inventory and order supplies.
• Support medical providers as needed.
• Keep the clinic clean and organized.
