ZoomCare Hawthorne Clinic in Portland seeks a Clinic Associate to deliver the Perfect Visit experience across Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, and Podiatry. You may check patients in and out, schedule visits, handle payments, update records, and assist providers during exams.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of healthcare or admin experience, strong communication, and the ability to use Google Suite/Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; maintains patient privacy.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; AthenaOne experience helpful.
• Willingness to complete phlebotomy training and state licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule new appointments and manage patient flow.
• Process patient payments and education on medical records navigation.
• Maintain demographics and insurance information.
• Perform blood draws and handle specimens per lab standards.
• Assist providers and keep the clinic clean and organized.
• Support inventory and basic medical equipment as needed.
