Job summary

ZoomCare is seeking a Clinic Associate to join our team at ZoomCare Sellwood Clinic. You will help deliver the Perfect Visit experience across service lines such as Daily Care, Family Medicine, and Mental Health, including scheduling, check-in, and basic patient support.

This role involves patient interactions, medical record navigation, blood draws, inventory, and assisting providers. Training includes 2-3 weeks with some travel to clinics; remote components during first week possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year healthcare or administrative experience.
• Ability to obtain BLS within 1 month.
• Phlebotomy training within 6 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule new appointments as needed.
• Process patient payments.
• Educate patients on navigating the ZoomCare medical record.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Perform blood draws and finger sticks.
• Process collected specimens and document results.
• Maintain supply inventory; order, receive, and store supplies.
• Assist medical providers as needed.
• Keep the clinic clean and organized.
