SportsMed Physical Therapy in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist or Clinic Director to join our team. We offer a clear leadership path from staff PT to Clinic Director, with strong mentorship and regional growth opportunities for high performers.

Formación

• New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and diagnose patients and develop rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers to ensure patient care quality.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support collaborative care.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify clinic challenges and goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss company initiatives to improve clinical excellence and patient care.
