Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated leader to join as a Clinical Director in the New Jersey area. This outpatient orthopedic PT company with facilities across PA, NJ, and NY offers a care-first model and a pathway to leadership through its Clinical Director University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ clinical outpatient experience and two years’ clinical supervision or program development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Meet census goals for clinic and clinicians; review scorecards weekly.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws with People Operations.
• Oversee facility maintenance and timecard approvals in ADP.
• Participate in interview/hiring in collaboration with HR.
• Train and onboard clinical staff; evaluate performance.
• Address performance problems and escalate to HR when needed.
• Follow up with patients on low net promoter scores.
• Monitor monthly budgets for visits, labor, and supplies.
• Review documentation audits and Medicare compliance; monitor MMR cap.
• Oversee new patient eval audits; manage clinic expenses.
• Manage physician referrals and clinical staff scheduling.
