Job summary

SportsCare Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director in Union County, New Jersey. This full-time leadership role combines clinical patient care with oversight of staff and operations to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will mentor clinicians, optimize scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinic growth through quality care and partnerships with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and current state licensure.
• Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports PT.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including evaluations and treatments.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure quality care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with clinicians.
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and records compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure clinic compliance with licensing and Medicare guidelines.
• Collaborate on marketing and growth strategies.
