Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy, based in New Jersey, is hiring Staff Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors with a compensation range of $95,000–$120,000, plus a signing bonus, and a leadership growth path. The roles span Staff PT to Clinic Director across New Jersey in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure collaborative care.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
