Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care.
• Communicate effectively with chiropractors, acupuncturists, OTs, and other providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support collaborative care.
• Participate in monthly meetings to improve clinic operations and achieve goals.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.
