Job summary

Therapeutic Associates in Spokane, WA seeks a clinic leader and licensed Physical Therapist to manage clinical operations while delivering direct patient care.

You will coach staff, oversee budgets and scheduling, grow clinic through physician relationships and community marketing, and participate in regional leadership initiatives. A PT license and outpatient ortho focus are required, with leadership experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with recent outpatient orthopedic focus is required.
• Prior experience in clinic leadership, operations, or people management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic.
• Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship and maintain an environment where learning is part of the work.
• Partner in the clinic’s financial performance: track budgets, productivity, and outcomes; identify trends and collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing.
• Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives.
