H2 Health in Roanoke is seeking a Clinic Director Physical Therapist (PT) to lead our outpatient clinic. You will be a hands-on clinician and a strategic leader, driving clinical excellence, team development, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Prior formal leadership experience is welcome but not required.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic as a hands-on clinician and strategic leader for clinical excellence and team development.
• Develop referral relationships, partnerships, and a strong Roanoke clinic culture.
• Balance clinical care with leadership responsibilities and community engagement.
• Support autonomous, owner-operator style leadership while maintaining patient care responsibilities.
