ROC Physical Therapy in Florida is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic office as Clinic Director. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities to drive clinic growth.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, manage scheduling, ensure compliant documentation, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand referrals. No weekends, growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred; leadership capability valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinical operations.
• Treat patients and provide high-quality physical therapy care.
• Manage, train, and develop therapists and staff.
• Build a positive, productive clinic culture.
• Manage scheduling to support access, productivity, and care quality.
