Job summary

Atlantic Sports & Rehabilitation, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our Charlottesville clinic. The role combines leadership with an active patient care caseload in outpatient orthopedics.

You will mentor staff, drive clinic growth, and maintain high-quality patient experiences while collaborating with physicians and referral partners. A competitive package and sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/BPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Virginia license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or Clinical Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and MSK conditions.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the clinic.
• Mentor and support therapists and staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Build relationships with physicians, referral sources, patients, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to maximize patient care time.
• Use Raintree EMR for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Balance leadership duties with maintaining an active caseload.
