Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Prior formal leadership experience is welcome but not required.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and team development.

About the Role

As Clinic Director, you will serve as both ahands-on clinicianand astrategic leader, responsible for clinical excellence, team development, and community engagement. You’ll play a key role in establishing H2 Health’s presence in the Roanoke market by developing strong referral relationships, fostering partnerships, and creating a clinic culture patients and clinicians love.

This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who thrives in autonomy, enjoys networking, and brings a trueowner-operator mentalityto their work.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification, if applicable
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Prior formal leadership experience is welcome but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, initiative, and leadership potential
• Commitment to patient-centered care and team development

• Competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 per year
