H2 Health in Dublin, Virginia is seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient team and deliver exceptional patient care while developing a high-performing staff.

You'll supervise clinicians, foster a collaborative culture, and strengthen community relationships, ensuring evidence-based care and timely documentation using Scribe AI and Raintree EMR. Monday–Friday schedule, lucrative benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent legacy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function and quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support for clinic operations and team development.
• Mentor and support therapists and staff while fostering collaboration and clinical excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, patients, and community partners.

Your Role:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.


• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.


• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.


• Work within a manageable caseload environment while balancing leadership responsibilities.


• Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.


• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.


• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.


• Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred.


• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

• Competitive Compensation: $82,000 - $90,000 annually
