Spooner is seeking a Clinic Director in Phoenix to lead a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, coaches, and athletic trainers. You will guide clinic goals, staff development, and patient experience in a growth-focused environment.

The role requires a licensed PT/OT/PTA, strong leadership, and strategic execution of operations, marketing, and compliance within Spooner’s mind, body, and spirit philosophy.

Qualificações

• Licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist, or physical therapist assistant.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.
• Ability to manage clinic operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication with staff, physicians and patients.

Responsabilidades

• Employ strategic management in development and attainment of clinic goals.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations in compliance with laws and Spooner policies.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, hiring, evaluations and performance actions.
• Drive clinic marketing and community outreach to promote care.
• Create a positive, motivating work environment for the team.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure excellent patient experience.
