Job summary

Spooner is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented front desk patient services team member in Phoenix. You will warmly welcome patients and visitors, coordinate schedules, and manage records with a focus on accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with outstanding service.
• Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules and referrals.
• Process new patient enrollments with accurate data entry and communication to billing/benefits.
• Maintain patient records ensuring accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and up-to-date information.
• Answer phones and resolve patient concerns while coordinating with vendors.
