PRN's Clinic Director will lead a single Boise clinic, overseeing staff, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow to boost clinic profitability and satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Requirements include Doctorate or Master’s in PT/OT or PTA/OTA, CPR and at least 3 years of clinical experience with one year in supervision; strong orthopedic/neurological/geriatric skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state licensure as a clinician.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience with 1 year in supervision.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy or PTA/OTA program.
• CPR certification and state regulations certifications as required.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT/OT.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and manage scheduling and staffing.
• Set annual clinic goals and budgets.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for staff.
• Foster referral relationships and team communication.
• Review financials and adjust for variances.
