Job summary

Peak is seeking a Clinic Director in Texas to lead and develop our outpatient PT team, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage clinic operations. This leadership role offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities for monthly clinical and leadership bonuses.

You will mentor clinicians, foster a positive environment, and strengthen relationships with referral sources while advancing your leadership career within Upstream Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, performance, and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth.
