Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy - Upstream Rehabilitation in Texas is seeking a Clinic Director who will lead a team of physical therapists and clinical staff, uphold patient-centered care, and drive clinical excellence.

You will oversee operations, manage scheduling, develop partnerships with referral sources, and participate in Upstream’s leadership development programs to advance your career toward multi-site leadership.
