Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Clinic Director and licensed Physical Therapist to lead our Outpatient Orthopedic team in Texas.

Lead, mentor, and support your group of Physical Therapists and clinical staff; foster a patient-centered environment with high clinical standards; provide direct care with evidence-based plans.

Oversee operations, scheduling, and referrals, while partnering with leadership on growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your team of Physical Therapists and staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high clinical standards.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, scheduling, and performance.
