Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Clinic Director to lead and develop a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive clinic culture.

You will oversee clinic operations, build relationships with referral sources, and partner with Upstream leadership to meet clinic goals while advancing your leadership and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs.
