Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring a Clinic Director in Southlake, Texas. You will lead a team of physical therapists and clinical staff, develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

This role includes direct patient care, overseeing operations, building referral networks, and participating in Upstream’s professional development programs.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent from accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high clinical standards.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
