The position offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $105,000 per year plus an annual incentive bonus up to $9,000 and opportunities for professional growth within a therapist-owned practice.

As a clinician-leadership role, you will oversee care across non-surgical and post-operative cases, collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons, and mentor staff

Qualifications

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse outpatient caseload including non-surgical and post-operative presentations with emphasis on sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated patient care and support professional development for staff.
