Therapy Partner Solutions is seeking a Clinical Director/Physical Therapist in Odenton, MD for an outpatient, full-time role. The position offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $105,000 per year plus an annual incentive bonus up to $9,000 and opportunities for professional growth within a therapist-owned practice.

As a clinician-leadership role, you will oversee care across non-surgical and post-operative cases, collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons, and mentor staff
