Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Company Therapy Partner Solutions, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, provides outpatient therapy services in partnership with Luminis Health. We emphasize a collaborative, patient-centered approach and support clinician growth through development programs and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct outpatient clinic operations as the provider of therapy services for Luminis Health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates including physicians and surgeons to deliver coordinated care.
• Support professional development opportunities, including participation in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program.
• Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads with emphasis on time in patient care.
• Partner with Luminis Health colleagues to deliver a comprehensive healthcare approach.
• Encourage specialty therapy services and help clinicians pursue interests and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license
