Job summary

NPHire in Houston seeks an NP or PA to become Clinic Director, owning clinical protocols and leading the team under physician supervision. This concierge, cash-pay practice focuses on hormone health, weight management, sexual wellness, and longevity, serving a largely male membership.

Initial hours are 2–3 days per week, with full-time potential as volume grows. You’ll drive clinical ownership, quality, and patient outcomes while shaping the patient care model.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license with FNP, AGNP, or PA-C certification.
• 3–5 years of advanced practice clinical experience; RN experience not counted.
• Active DEA certificate and Texas CSR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and order/interpret diagnostics.
• Evaluate and manage hormone optimization and testosterone replacement under supervision.
• Develop individualized plans across medical weight loss, peptide therapy, sexual wellness, and longevity protocols.
