Job summary

NPHire in Houston is seeking an experienced NP or PA to step into a Clinic Director role with clinical ownership and leadership authority. The practice operates as a concierge, cash-pay model emphasizing hormone health, weight management, longevity, and sexual wellness, under collaborating physician supervision.

The role starts 2–3 days per week with potential to grow to full-time as volume increases, including leadership of the team and ownership of protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license with FNP, AGNP, or PA-C certification.
• 3–5 years of advanced practice clinical experience; not suitable for new grads.
• Active DEA certificate and TX Controlled Substance Registration in good standing.
• No malpractice matters; strong ability to guide treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Evaluate and manage hormone optimization and testosterone replacement under physician supervision.
• Develop individualized treatment plans across weight loss, peptide therapy, sexual wellness, and longevity protocols.
• Administer GainsWave, P-Shot, Trimix, vitamin injections, PRP, and intramuscular treatments.
• Lead medical assistants and front desk staff; set clinical and operational standards.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance and maintain EHR documentation.

A growing longevity and wellness clinic in Houston is looking for an NP or PA to step into a Clinic Director role — clinical ownership, leadership authority, and a compensation model that scales with the practice you help build. The clinic serves a primarily male membership focused on hormone health, weight management, sexual wellness, and longevity, operating as a concierge, cash-pay model with no insurance friction. You'll own the protocols, lead the team, and carry the panel under collaborating physician supervision. 2–3 days per week to start, full-time as volume grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Evaluate and manage hormone optimization and testosterone replacement under physician supervision
• Develop individualized treatment plans across medical weight loss, peptide therapy, sexual wellness, and longevity protocols
• Administer GainsWave, P-Shot, Trimix, vitamin injections, PRP, and intramuscular treatments
• Guide patients through treatment decisions with confidence and clinical depth
• Lead medical assistants and front desk staff; set the clinical and operational standard
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Texas NP or PA license with FNP, AGNP, or PA-C certification
• 3–5 years of advanced practice clinical experience (RN experience does not count; not a fit for new graduates)
• Clinical background in functional medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, or primary care
• Active DEA certificate and Texas Controlled Substance Registration in good standing
• No current or pending malpractice matters
• Strong consultative skills; guiding patients through treatment decisions is central to this role
• Leadership presence; you set the standard the team follows
• Available for occasional evenings or weekends; willing to grow to full-time

Preferred

• Experience with hormone optimization, testosterone replacement, or men's health treatments
• Concierge, cash-pay, or membership-based medicine background
• Experience with peptide protocols, medical weight loss, or aesthetic services
• Prior clinic leadership or practice management experience

Schedule & Compensation

• $65–$75/hour + monthly and annual performance bonuses and commissions
• Defined path to full-time as practice grows
