Join NPHire in Houston as Clinic Director, a hybrid clinical and leadership role overseeing protocols and the patient experience. Start part-time (2–3 eight-hour days per week) with a defined path to full-time as the practice scales, carrying the patient panel and guiding growth under a collaborating physician.

You will practice at the front edge of men's health—testosterone replacement, peptide therapy, weight management, and longevity diagnostics—while building a scalable, concierge-style

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license required.
• 3–5 years advanced clinical practice experience; RN experience alone not counted.
• Clinical background in functional medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, or primary care.
• Active DEA certificate and Controlled Substance Registration.
• No current or pending malpractice matters.
• Strong consultative and patient education skills; leadership presence.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and review histories.
• Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe hormone therapy under supervision.
• Develop and manage treatment plans across hormone optimization and weight loss.
• Administer sexual wellness treatments and injections as appropriate.
• Lead the clinical team and coordinate with staff to maintain patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and support growth.
