Gameday Men’s Health is a modern, fast-growing men’s health clinic delivering concierge-level care in hormone optimization, testosterone therapy, erectile treatment, weight management, peptides, and PRP.

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join as Clinic Director in a part-time role with a clear path to full-time as the clinic grows, collaborating with the Medical Director to lead a high-energy team and drive proactive, life-changing care.

Qualifications

• NP or PA degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong interest in hormone therapy, peptides, and men’s health.
• Excellent communication and a warm bedside manner.
• Comfortable in a cash-pay, relationship-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and build personalized care plans under the Medical Director.
• Lead clinic operations and collaborate with Medical Director, staff, and admin.
• Oversee Hormone Replacement Therapy and adjunct therapies under physician supervision.
• Provide Erectile Dysfunction treatments and options such as Gainwave®, P-Shot®, Trimix.
• Oversee Weight Loss, Peptide, and Vitamin Therapy programs.
• Administer IM and PRP injections; oversee lab operations and quality control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in community outreach and events.
• Grow the clinic through marketing and leadership collaboration.

We specialize in hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy, erectile enhancement, weight management, vitamin & peptide therapy, and PRP — all delivered in a concierge-level, performance-focused setting.

Our clinics feel more like a high-end man cave than a medical office — flat-screen TVs, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia included. We also run an on-site lab with 15-minute testosterone results, so patients get answers fast and care stays personal and efficient.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with energy, curiosity, and passion for men’s health to step into a Clinic Director role. This position starts part-time, with a clear path to full-time as the clinic grows.

You’ll work closely with our Medical Director and a motivated team while delivering high-impact, concierge-style care in hormone optimization, erectile dysfunction treatment, weight loss, peptides, and performance medicine.

This is not sick care. These patients want to see you — and you’ll see real, tangible improvements in their quality of life.

• Pay: $60 – $65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and build personalized care plans under the supervision of our Medical Director
• Serve as a positive leader in the clinic — collaborating closely with the Medical Director, Medical Assistants, and Office Admin
• Oversee and administer Hormone Replacement Therapy, including testosterone and adjunct therapies (under physician supervision)
• Provide and oversee Erectile Dysfunction treatments, including Gainwave®, P-Shot®, Trimix, and prescription options
• Oversee Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, and Vitamin Therapy programs
• Administer IM injections and PRP injections as needed
• Oversee lab operations, including quality control, calibration, and accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to help grow the clinic
• Participate in community outreach, networking, and local events
• Attend events such as golf tournaments, sporting events, conferences, and health fairs to build relationships and brand awareness
• Address patient or staff concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:
