EmpowerMe Wellness in San Rafael is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a care team delivering physical, occupational, or speech therapy within our EmpowerMe 360 model. You’ll mentor clinicians, partner with community leadership, and drive enrollment and resident engagement.

You’ll stay hands-on in care delivery while guiding day-to-day operations and program development, supported by an engaged leadership team focused on quality and growth in senior wellness.

Qualifikationen

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
