EmpowerMe Wellness in Corte Madera, CA seeks a Clinic Director to lead and shape how care is delivered in senior living communities, guiding the team, building trusted relationships, and helping residents stay active, independent, and supported.

You will foster EmpowerMe 360, integrating therapy, wellness, and medical care to make a meaningful difference while maintaining hands-on patient care and strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
