Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy services, mentor clinicians, and advance the EmpowerMe 360 model, coordinating therapy, wellness, and medical care for a seamless resident experience.

You will build trusted relationships, drive resident engagement, and guide day-to-day operations, ensuring residents stay active, independent, and well-supported while developing leadership pathways across operations and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
