Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Clinic Director to lead and mentor a therapy team within our EmpowerMe 360 model, delivering high-quality care to residents and guiding daily clinic operations.

You will partner with community leadership to implement programs, coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services, build relationships to boost resident engagement, enrollment, and satisfaction, and stay hands-on with residents and your team.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
