Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director in Pennsylvania to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. You will mentor clinicians, build relationships with patients, and foster a collaborative environment focused on exceptional care and patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have licensure in therapy, 3+ years of healthcare experience, and leadership or supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Therapy program with current licensure in the respective state.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Strong mentoring passion and ability to develop others.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Job Description:

Compensation Range:

$95,000 - $110,000 per year

AdditionalCompensation:

This position is also eligible for CD bonus and life of loan student loanrepayment!

Qualifications:
