Job summary

Ivy Health Inc is seeking a Clinic Director – Physical Therapist in New Jersey to lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff. You will mentor clinicians, foster a collaborative culture, and drive exceptional patient care across PT, OT, speech therapy, and ABA services.

Compensation Range: $93,000 - $126,500

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
