Qualifications

• Current professional license in a therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience leading team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians to grow clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships to drive resident engagement, program participation, enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
