EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery in our senior living communities. You’ll guide your therapy team, build trusted relationships with residents, and ensure a seamless, proactive care experience that keeps people active, independent, and safe.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline.
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
