Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery within our communities, guiding a clinical team and building trusted relationships with residents to help them stay active, independent, and supported.

You will lead therapy services, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model while coordinating care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy discipline (PT/OT/SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience required.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiative.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative approach.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading the team to deliver high-quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and support their clinical growth.
• Partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360.
• Build relationships to drive resident engagement and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.
• Lead scheduling and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
