Qualifications

• Requires degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current licensure as PT, PTA, or OT (or license eligible per state rules).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet operational and performance goals for productivity, patient scheduling, and care standards.
• Lead change management efforts and communicate key messages between corporate and clinic.
• Oversee performance reviews and develop employees through feedback and plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Cultivate relationships with patients, community, and referral sources.
