Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on state rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission and patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet operational goals: productivity, patient scheduling, and care standards with positive outcomes.
• Lead change management and communicate key messages between corporate and the clinic.
• Support team development and conduct regular performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build relationships with patients, community, and referral sources.

Education
