Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado seeks a Clinic Director to provide leadership and oversight of clinic operations, staff, and performance to support high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and a positive patient and employee experience.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, recruitment, compliance, and performance improvement, collaborating with leadership to strengthen patient care and community relationships while maintaining a safe, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with five years of practice management experience and at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, organizational policies, safety practices, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and workforce needs.
• Manage clinic budgets, establish annual goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement operational improvements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, staff training, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with GRHD leadership and departments to address concerns and strengthen patient care and community relationships.
• Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
