Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist, or license eligibility per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team aligned with ATI mission and patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet or exceed operational goals for productivity, scheduling, and patient care standards.
• Lead change management and communicate key messages between corporate and clinic teams.
• Oversee staff development, conduct annual reviews, and implement performance improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build relationships with patients, community and referral sources.
